A new year and new tricks, that’s what they say. For Sulava, this is indeed true, as 2023 will begin in many ways with new signs. The expansion of the business, which began last year with the Broad Horizon acquisition, will continue its course, cooperation will intensify and an even more comprehensive offering to serve our customers will be on the way. The Metaverse is changing the world in ways that we as a whole can’t even comprehend yet, and this change, too, is led from the front line by Sulava.
The change enabled by technology will be great this year and in the coming years, and the customer experience, for example, will undergo major changes. We want to be involved in creating something new, which is why we also established a new “Business Solutions” business unit at the end of last year. In this business, too, we rely heavily on Microsoft solutions, by far the best products on the market, i.e. Dynamics 365 applications, and the superior comprehensive expertise of Sulava and our sister companies in Microsoft technologies and work modernization.
The Business Solutions unit complements and leverages Sulava’s leading Microsoft consulting. We are able to provide our customers with professional services, continuous services and training that support the entire Microsoft platform.
In our new unit, we will focus on management processes and revolutionizing customer and employee experience. Measurable concreteness is always strongly involved in the work. In our blog, we will explain in more detail, for example, the importance of customer data and knowledge-based management, how information is processed into sales, for example, and how to lead change in your organization so that employees act according to new ways of working.
Our CEO Aki Antman sums up the vision of Sulava’s business solutions:

And why are we different from other partners in the market? Well, we are Sulava and have been the market leader in utilizing Microsoft cloud services since 2010. Our customers always have access to all of Sulava’s expertise, and in addition, our Broad Horizon family has 1,500 employees, about half of whom work with business applications.
After all, we are very proud, for example, of the fact that we have done more metaverse projects in Finland than anyone else in the past year. And in the future, that know-how will be refined more and more effectively also to changes in the customer experience.
