Dynamics 365 Field Service is intended for managing mobile fieldwork, such as equipment maintenance, inspections or other similar tasks.
Dynamics 365 Field Service training provides a deep dive in this area starting with the configuration of key components, product and service pricing setup, bookable resources, and reporting. The course follows the service order lifecycle, including incidents, agreements, and inspections. Different order scheduling options are covered, including Universal Resource Scheduling.
The Field Service mobile app is one of the key tools of employees in the field allowing them to be on top of current and upcoming work orders, receive assistance (including through the Remote Assist) and successfully complete work. Other areas covered in the course are inventory and purchasing for field service, Connected Field Service and customer assets, and managing customer experiences. In addition, the course includes an overview of upcoming features and Dynamics Copilot capabilities.
